Qiscus Shop offers delivery services, allowing you to facilitate the delivery process from your store's warehouse to the customer's address. To activate this feature, simply toggle the option in the shipping enablement section. Once enabled, you'll need to select between two options: cost estimation or 3PL integration.

If you opt for cost estimation, buyers can calculate shipping costs before checkout. However, please note that order processing, including AWB updates, will remain a manual task for the seller.

To enable this option, you also need to provide your RajaOngkir (Komerce) API Token. Make sure you already have a Komerce account, then obtain the token from the Komerce Dashboard under API Key → Shipping Cost. Copy the token, paste it into the RajaOngkir (Komerce) API Token field in Qiscus Shop, and click Save. Once saved, your cost estimation is ready to use.

On the other hand, choosing 3PL integration provides you with the cost estimation feature along with effortless logistics management. Benefit from automatic AWB updates, streamlining the delivery process for a hassle-free experience.
