The "Transaction" section of Qiscus Shop provides essential tools for managing customer orders and interactions. Within this section, users will find three primary menus: Orders, Sessions, and Customers.
1. Orders
The Orders menu is a vital hub for Qiscus Shop administrators, as it allows for comprehensive management of customer orders. Users can update each order's status seamlessly, progressing from unpaid to paid, packed, sent, completed, or canceled/refunded. These status updates directly impact the microsite viewed by customers, who eagerly await order status changes.
2. Sessions
In the Sessions menu, users can access session data logs. This feature provides insights into customer interactions and browsing behavior. This feature allows users to view the microsite URLs along with their respective statuses.
3. Customers
The Customers menu offers visibility into customer data, allowing administrators to review and analyze customer information. This includes details such as contact information, order history, and preferences, enabling personalized interactions and targeted marketing strategies.
