Welcome Message
This feature allows you to set a personalized automated greeting that will be sent to customers when they initiate a chat with your bot for the first time. A welcome message helps create a friendly first impression and sets the tone for the conversation. For Example:“Hello! Good morning and welcome. How can we assist you today?”
To set a welcome message, please enable the toggle button on the feature. Then, enter a friendly and brand-aligned greeting that will be sent automatically when a customer starts a chat with the AI Agent. Once you’ve written the message, click Save Changes to apply it.
