Export & Import
The Export & Import feature helps you manage your bot projects more efficiently by allowing you to back up, duplicate, or migrate your AI Agent’s configuration easily. This is especially useful when collaborating with a team or deploying your bot in multiple environments.
- Export
Export tab enables you to download your AI Agent’s complete configuration as a .JSON file. This file contains all the necessary components of your AI Agent, including intents, responses, templates, and other settings.
By exporting your project, you can securely back up your current AI Agent setup, duplicate the same configuration for a new AI Agent, and share your AI Agent configuration with other team members or projects.
You can export the .JSON file by clicking Download button. The file you downloaded will be saved in your local device.
- Import
Import tab allows you to upload an existing bot configuration file in .JSON format and apply it to your current project. This is useful when you want to restore a previous configuration, replicate an AI Agent setup from another project, or quickly onboard a prebuilt template.
By importing a configuration file you can restore a backup of a previously exported bot, reuse an AI Agent’s setup across different environments and speed up AI Agent creation using a predefined setting.
To import your .JSON file, please follow these steps:
- click Choose File link, upload your .JSON file
- Click Import File button
