Channel Routing

Channel routing is an essential feature for bot projects on Robolabs. You can choose which channels will be served by a bot project. This makes it easier for you to create bots with different business flows on certain channels.

One channel cannot be served by two or more bot projects, but one bot project can be used by more than one channel

You can select the channel in Step 3 during Bot Integration. The gray text indicates that the channel is already in use in another bot project.

Of course you can also change the existing channel in the bot project. You can do this by clicking on the Bot Name of the bot project you want to change.

Then, you will be directed to the Bot Information page. To view and select the channels, click the dropdown menu in the Assigned Bot to section. Click Save Changes.

If you haven't integrate the channel in Omnichannel, you can go to the documentation here before using the Channel Routing feature in Robolabs.
