CDP Inbox Menu
The implementation of the Customer Dada Platform (CDP) also affects the Inbox menu, especially the Chat & Customer Info page. On this page, you will see the Customer section and find some features designed to help you better understand and manage your customer:

Customer Properties
This feature enables you to identify customers more specifically by adding properties based on your business needs. For more information and documentation about Customer Properties, click here.

Activity
This feature allows you to view the activity between the customer and your business in the Qiscus Omnichannel Chat. If you click on Activities, a series of events that have taken place in the customer's chat room will appear.

Available On Channels
This feature identifies if the customer profile has been merged with other profiles from different communication channels. With this feature, you can manage customers based on the channels they frequently use or set a specific customer as the main customer channel.

You can also view more detailed customer information by clicking See Detail Customer, which will direct you to the customer detail page for comprehensive insights.
