App Explorer

Qiscus App Center comes with some feature to help users find the needed add-on easily, install the add-on, and configure the add-on. You can find various available add-ons in the Qiscus App Center easily by searching or filtering by application category.

If you want to know what is the add-on, how it works, who is the author, you can click More Detailto get the details of the add-on.

If you want to install the add-on, you can click Contact Us, then fill in the form and click Submit

Our sales team will proceed with the request, once all of the processes have already been completed, then the add-on will be available in the My Apps menu

My Apps

All of the installed and requested add-ons will be shown up here. Installed means that the add-on has been installed and is ready to use. Requested means that the add-on has already been requested and waiting for the sales team to reach the requester. The other status is Process and Cancelled. Process means the sales team still processing the request while Cancelled means the requested add-on couldn't be processed.

Some of the add-ons come with self-setting, so the users can set up the integration by themselves, input the credential, customize copywriting, etc. You can see the Settings button if the add-on comes with self-setting then you can configure the integration. If the add-on doesn't have the Settings button, means that the add-on can not be configured by the user itself, for this case we will support the integration based on the user's requirements
