Meta Ads Buy is a feature in Qiscus Omnichannel Chat that allows businesses to create, manage, and monitor Click to WhatsApp Ads (CTWA) directly from the platform without needing to use Meta Business Manager or manually set up an ad account. This feature is designed to simplify ad management for businesses looking to enhance customer engagement via WhatsApp.

Meta Ads Buy Workflow
This feature uses a Two-Tier Business Manager system, where Meta charges Qiscus directly, and users pay Qiscus. Below is the workflow:
- Integrating Facebook Account and Page Users link their Facebook account to Qiscus without the need to manually configure Business Manager.
- Creating and Publishing CTWA Ads Users select the ad objective, define their target audience, and upload ad materials.
- Monitoring Ad Performance via Ads Insight Ad performance data is displayed in numerical form to facilitate analysis.
Feature Limitations
- Only supports CTWA-type ads.
- Does not support client-owned Business Manager and Ad Accounts.
How to Use Meta Ads Buy
Integrating Facebook Account & Page
With this feature, users can connect their Facebook accounts and pages in a few simple steps:
- Ensure that the Meta Ads Buy installation is complete in the Qiscus Omnichannel Chat App Center.

- In the Integration tab, click Add Integration.

- Connect your Facebook account by clicking Continue with Facebook.

- Follow the embedded sign-up process until completion and select the page to use for the ad. Once completed, a success pop-up will appear, click Okay.

- If successful, the connected Facebook account and its current balance information will be displayed.

Ensure that the Facebook account has admin access to the page you want to connect.
Ad Creation: Creating and Publishing CTWA Ads
After successfully integrating your Facebook account and Page, you are now ready to create, edit, and publish CTWA ads with ease.
Step 1: Choose a Campaign Objective
- In the List Ads tab, click Create Ads.

- Select the Account and the ad objective based on your needs.
Ad Objectives:
- Traffic: Aims to drive more people to the business's WhatsApp by increasing ad clicks.
- Engagement: Focuses on user interactions with the ad, such as comments, reactions, and shares, enhancing customer engagement.
- Sales: Focuses on conversions, such as getting more customers to contact the business via WhatsApp for purchases.

- Enter the campaign name, then click Create.

Step 2: Ad Settings
In this section, you can:
- Set Your Budget Limit: Allocate a daily budget for the ad, with a minimum of Rp16,421/day.

- Choose Your Target Audience: Define audience demographics such as location, age, and gender.

Step 3: Ad Creative Design
Create compelling ads to maximize your campaign effectiveness.

Follow these best practices:
- Primary Text and Headline: Use short, clear, and engaging text to convey your message effectively.
- Image: Use high-quality images to enhance ad appeal.
- Description: Write an engaging ad description with a clear Call to Action (CTA) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Step 3: Your ad is Ready to Publish
Once all settings are complete, the final step is publishing the ad. Before publishing, review all configurations to ensure accuracy. If everything is correct, click Create Ads to launch the campaign.

Monitoring Ad Performance via Ads Insight
This feature provides insights into ad performance, enabling users to measure campaign effectiveness and make optimizations when necessary.
Metrics Available in Ads Insight:

- On/Off Status: Indicates whether the ad is active or inactive.
- Campaign: Name of the ad campaign.
- Status: Whether the ad is Active, Paused, Deleted, or Archived.
- Cost Per Result: The cost incurred per achieved result.
- Amount Spent: The total budget spent on the ad.
- Leads: The number of potential customers acquired.
- Purchases: The number of completed purchases.
- Impressions: The total number of times the ad was displayed.
- Purchase ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): The revenue generated from ad spend.
From this Ads Insight, you can analyze and ensure that your ads run effectively and efficiently by:
- Testing different ad variations to determine which one is the most effective.
- Regularly monitoring Ads Insight to optimize performance based on data.
