Integration Setting
The initial phase of preparing to send broadcast email messages to customers involves configuring the Integration settings. Two essential tasks need to be completed:
- Email Domain
- Single Email Address
and bellow is a further detailed explanation.
Email Domain
The email domain is the part of the email address after the "@" symbol that indicates the identity of the domain where the email is addressed. This domain is usually the name of the email service used, such as "@gmail.com" for Gmail, "@yahoo.com" for Yahoo Mail, or "@company.com" for a company email address.
Adding New Domain
Follow these steps to Add an Email Domain:
- Go to the Integration Setting menu and select the Email Domain tab.

- Click Add New Domain.

- The form Add New Domain will be appear. Fill it in with the email domain you will use.

- Click Add to save the Email Domain.

- Successfully added a new Email Domain.

How to Verify Email Domain
After adding the email domain, it needs to be verified to ensure the email domain is correct.
- An email domain with a pending status must be verified by clicking the How to Verify action.

- You will be redirected to the Domain Integration page. To connect your domain to Qiscus Email, copy and paste the corresponding values into your DNS provider’s domain manager. Connecting the domain requires updating or adding CNAME and SPF data.

Disable or Enable Email Domain
You can enable or disable an email domain from the domain integration by clicking the Enable Domain or Disable Domain action.

Searching for Email Domain
Within the Email Domain tab, you'll find a search feature to look up email domains by their names. Fill in the keywords in the search field, and the list will automatically change according to the keywords.

Single Email Address
After adding the email domain. You can add a single email address, which is part of the email domain.
Adding New Email
You can follow these steps to Add an Email Domain :
- Go to the Integration Setting menu and select the Single Email Address tab

- Click Add New Email.

- The form will appear. Fill it in with the email address and choose the email domain. You can see the final email address

- Click Add to save the Email Address

- Successfully added a new Email Address.

Disable or Enable Single Email Address
You can enable or disable an email address by clicking the Enable Email or Disable Email action.

Searching for Single Email Address
Within the Single Email Address tab, you'll find a search feature to look up email addresses by their names. Fill in the keywords in the search field, and the list will automatically change according to the keywords.
