Contact Profil
The Contact Profile section in Qiscus Email Marketing contains detailed information about the account owner. This menu includes essential data relevant to the company or individual using the platform. Only Admin have permission to edit the information in this section.

Get Data from Qiscus Omnichannel Chat
- This feature allows administrators to automatically retrieve certain profile variables from the Qiscus Omnichannel Chat (if available). This ensures seamless synchronization of profile data across platforms.
Displayed Information The Contact Profile menu provides the following details:
- Company Name: The registered name of the company.
- Company Email: The official email address used for communication.
- Company Address: The complete registered address of the company.
- Company Number: The official phone number of the company for contact purposes.
Edit Data
- The data in this menu can only be modified by the Admin to ensure the security and accuracy of the information.
Save Changes
- After making changes, the Admin can save the updated data by clicking the Save Data button.
