TikTok Comment
The TikTok Comment Add-on allows you to view and reply to TikTok video comments directly from Qiscus Omnichannel Chat. With this integration, every comment on your TikTok video becomes an opportunity to engage with your audience—all from one platform.

Prerequisites
- You must have a TikTok account.
How to Install
- Go to Qiscus Omnichannel Chat.
- Open the App Center from the left navigation menu.
- Search for TikTok Comment Add-on.
- Click Install Add-on.
- By submitting data during installing add-on, it will send the inquiries to qiscus and qiscus will review to accept it or not.
- once the request is accepted, you can start to use the add on.
How to set up account integration:
- In Qiscus Omnichannel Chat, go to the App Center, and under the Installed Add-ons section, open TikTok Comment Add-on.

- Click Add Account Button

- Log in to your TikTok account by clicking Authenticate yout TikTok Account button.


- Grant all required permissions by clicking the Continue button.

- Fill in the Connection Name and Description, then click the Create button to finalize the setup. These will be used as your channel name and channel description.

How It Works
- When someone comments on your TikTok video, a new conversation will appear in your omnichannel inbox.
- The username, profile picture, and comment content will be shown.
- Your agent can reply directly from the chat view.
- Replies will appear as comments under the TikTok video.
Limitations
- Each message bubble can contain a maximum of 150 characters. If your reply is longer, it will be split into multiple comment posts automatically.
- If you try to reply to a deleted comment or deactivated account, the system will show the following message in the conversation:
🚫 Message Not Delivered. Your reply couldn’t be sent due to either a lack of permission or because the post/comment has been deleted.
