Products

Products enable your team to add objects of products to Opportunities.

Adding Product

1. First, click Create Product in the menu

2. You will enter a dedicated page, enter the required data and optional data. At this part, Product Name is required. For SKU Number you can use your own convention. Product image have 5mb as maximum size

3. For this part, you can choose or create new category for this product. Currently the price is in Rupiah. Click Create Product when you finished.

4. When you succeed, the new product will be added on the list

Editing Product

By Editing a product, you can change several attributes of that specific product

1. Click Edit Product

2. A sidebar will appear. You can change the attributes here and click Save Data to finish the editing

Adding Product in Opportunity Detail

The real use of Product list above is to be used in Opportunities. Here's how.

1. Click Add Product in an Opportunity Detail after clicking Edit Opportunity

2. Click Search Product, now you can choose what product to add

3.Give details like the number of unit or discount provided, and click Save Product

4. The Opportunity will have the products in their details. Don't forget to Save Data in Opportunity.

5. The Amount value of the Opportunity will change reflecting the Products. Please note that any Amount before this will be replaced .

Adding Product when creating New Opportunity

You can also add Products when creating New Opportunity.

1. Click Add Product

2. A Sidebar will appear similar to the one in Opportunity Details. Input the required data. Finally click Create Product

3. The Product will be added to the new Opportunity. Click Create Opportunity to finalize the Opportunity
