Opportunities

When creating a new Opportunity or editing an existing Opportunity, you are required to fill in the stage of the Opportunity. Through the Admin panel page, you can set the stage of the opportunity, such as adding stages, deleting, renaming, or changing the order of existing stages.

Although you can add or remove stages as needed, there are several stages that cannot be deleted, stages for Start, Closed Won, Closed Lost, and also Other. However, you can still change the stage name.

You can follow these steps to use the Opportunities on the Admin panel page:

1. To add a new stage, go to the Opportunities menu and then click Add Deal Stage,

2. Fill in the name of the stage,

3. To change the name of the stage, all you have to do is select a stage and then edit the name as you wish,

4. To delete a stage, select a stage then click the (-) icon next to the stage,

5. To change the order of existing stages, you simply long click on one of the stages then slide the stage position as you wish,
6. Don't forget to click the Save button to save the changes you made.
