Difference between Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
In Customer Relationship Management tools, there are often different definitions of the term "leads", "contacts", and "accounts." The confusion may make it difficult for the sales team to find quality leads, qualify them, and move them further in their buying journey. So, it’s important to understand how Leads, Contacts, and Accounts work together in Qiscus CRM.

In Qiscus, Leads refer to individuals who have the potential to become customers but are still in the early stages. Meanwhile, Contacts are the individual representatives of the Accounts (the companies) which have become our customers and have ongoing/closed opportunities with us. It means an Account may have many Contacts and Opportunities that Agents manage, and a Contact may have many Opportunities related to them.
